We are a facilitator of services and a provider of services . More specifically, We have created a marketplace for RTO service seekers by bringing together customers and RTO consultants from all geographic locations and specialities. We enable potential customers to search for suitable consultants within defined geographic locations for the purpose of completing RTO related services.

It is important for you to understand that We control  Our site consultants and vendors. We determine which prices, which service, which douments,or their level of quality that should be made available for sale through the site. 

Likewise, We are not in a position to identify the rules that are enforced for RTO related services, by the RTO offices . We merely are a facilitator, bringing together seekers for RTO services and those wishing to purchase these services. Site Users  need to be aware of the risk of dealing with RTO consultants and must understand that LCI will screen their processes and their methods and quality of services they offer on www.IndiaRTO.com

It is OUR responsibility to ensure that customer comply with these laws and regulations at all times. In addition, federal, state and local regulations mandate  RTO services and these may be be different from state to state, city to city and RTO office to RTO office. Users who want to use the Site to offer or sell RTO related services agree to research and comply with these city, state and local laws and obtain any necessary licenses or permits when required. We reserve the right to hold you liable, and you understand that you will indemnify Us, for any loss We may experience as a result of your violation of any laws or regulations. You hereby grant to Us the unlimited right and permission to comment publicly (on one of our forums or blogs, for example) on your profile and services. Without limiting the foregoing, Company makes no warranty that (i) the Services and Materials, including any service provided by RTO consultants and vendors; (ii) the Services and Materials on www.IndiaRTO.com will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services or Materials, including any searches conducted by Users to locate local RTO consultants wiill be effective, accurate, or reliable; (iv) the quality of any , Services, or Materials obtained or accessible by you through the Site or any of the Site’s vendors and providers will meet your expectations. This Site could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. Company may make changes to the Materials and Services at this Site at any time without notice. The Materials or Services at this Site may be out of date, and Company makes no commitment to update such Materials or Services.

Consumers make online payments to IndiaRTO.com for the services they order from participating suppliers. IndiaRTO.com offers its service to consumers at no additional charge. Consumers can login and cancel an order anytime with 24 hours advance notice. After the 24 hour deadline, payments for orders are non-refundable.

Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, your personal information will be deemed to be confidential. You understand and agree that we may disclose information about you if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company or others.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this Site are the property of Us or other third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of Us or such third party that may own the Marks.

The Terms of Use and the other rules, guidelines, licenses and disclaimers posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between Company and you with respect to your use of the Site. The Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. IndiaRTO claims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material in respect of the Site or the use thereof. Any communications sent to you via this Site or otherwise from IndiaRTO (including without limitation in the form of newsletters, electronic mail or via telephone), and the contents of this Site (including without limitation any data and information) are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to provide legal, investment, tax or accounting advice and should not be relied upon in that regard.

 Limitation of Liability
